Voor een gemeente in de omgeving van Rotterdam zijn wij op zoek naar een Toezichthouder Bouw.

Wat je gaat doen

  • Zelfstandig controles uitvoeren van in uitvoering zijnde bouwplannen en van bestaande bouwwerken en toetst deze aan de relevante regelgeving.
  • Onderzoeken en afhandelen van handhavingsverzoeken en woningklachten.
  • Opsporen van clandestiene bouw en illegaal gebruik.
