De Vastgoedorganisatie Utrecht beheert het maatschappelijk vastgoed van de Gemeente Utrecht. Binnen de afdeling Vastgoedmanagement werken ca. 25 technisch beheerders verdeeld over de disciplines Bouwkunde, Elektrotechniek, Transport en Werktuigbouw.
Functie-eisen:- Je bent een ervaren technisch beheerder Bouwkunde (minimaal 5 jaar ervaring);
- Je hebt ervaring met het beheer van utiliteitsgebouwen;
- Je hebt bij voorkeur ervaring met maatschappelijk vastgoed;
- Je hebt een opleiding op minimaal hbo-niveau afgerond, bij voorkeur in de richting van bouwkunde;
- Middels vakonderwijs heb je ook voldoende kennis van elektrotechniek en werktuigbouwkunde;
- Je beschikt over uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden.
