- Are you currently enrolled in a bachelor or master Engineering studies (such as Mechanical, Chemical Engineering or equivalent)?
- As an Engineering intern, you will work closely with our core team of engineers and scientists to design and optimize our novel direct air capture (DAC) technology.
We are looking for a talented and motivated intern with an affinity for process engineering with a focus on the design of heat integration systems for our novel DAC technology. Together with our founder team, you will have the opportunity to work on a complete engineering solution, from start to finish. This system is critical to the efficiency and effectiveness of DAC technology, and your work will directly contribute to the success of our startup.

Key Responsibilities- Designing different engineering options in DAC technology (e.g., heating systems, valves, reactor design).
- Modelling and evaluating design options.
- Collaborating with other team members to develop and integrate the design option in the detailed engineering of the DAC system.
- Join the core team to meetings, conferences, and other networking activities.
- You have a proven affinity with or experience in the Climate Tech space.
- You are a proactive self-starter, adaptable, and can work independently when needed.
- You are located in the Netherlands and able to work from the office in Utrecht at least 2 days a week.
- You are enrolled in a bachelor or master Engineering studies (such as Mechanical, Chemical Engineering or equivalent).
- You are fluent in English.
- You have a student visa or work permit for the Netherlands.
