Een internationale dienstverlener in Athene is op zoek naar een CSG – Travel Platform medewerker. In deze rol bied je klantenondersteuning via telefoon, chat en e-mail voor vragen over boekingen en platformdiensten. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het beheer van wijzigingen en annuleringen, en zorgt voor een hoge servicekwaliteit. Dit is een voltijdpositie van 40 uur per week, met 25 vakantiedagen, prestatiebonussen en relocatieondersteuning voor nieuwe medewerkers.
