The Opportunity:
Team Liquid is seeking a Junior Producer to contribute to the development and execution of You Tube, social, and branded content across our Brand, Marketing & Content (BMC) team. This role is ideal for someone early in their production career who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys hands‑on work, and wants exposure across the full production pipeline.
Reporting to the Senior Producer, the Junior Producer will work across ideation, pre‑production, production, and post‑production, helping ensure projects run smoothly and are delivered on time within the production team. You’ll work closely with producers, editors, talent, and internal teams to bring engaging content to life while learning within an established production workflow.
Location:
Utrecht, Netherlands. Candidates must be based in the Netherlands and available to work onsite at our Utrecht facility at least three days per week. This is a 6‑month fixed‑term contract (FTC).
- Contribute to creative development through brainstorming, research, and treatments
- Participate in pre‑production planning, including scheduling, call sheets, and logistics
- Coordinate talent, crew, locations, and internal stakeholder needs
- Participate in studio, field, and remote productions (e.g., OBS, Google Meet, Discord)
- Shoot footage as needed (B‑cam, pickups, run‑and‑gun setups)
- Ingest, organize, label, and prep footage for post‑production
- Work closely with editors to ensure creative direction and timely delivery
- Communicate professionally with internal teams, players, and external creators
- Track project‑related spend and submit receipts/project codes as required
- Travel occasionally for events and on‑location shoots
- 2–3+ years of experience in producing or associate producing roles
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Working knowledge of the full content pipeline (development, prep, production, post, publish)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and moving pieces simultaneously
- Hands‑on, proactive problem solver comfortable jumping in where needed
- Basic camera, lighting, and audio knowledge for simple shoots
- Availability for onsite work at our Utrecht facility and offsite shoots
- Experience directing or coordinating talent
- Familiarity with project management tools (Click Up, Asana, Trello, or similar)
- Advanced camera and lighting skills
- Knowledge of esports culture and digital content formats
- Experience with remote production workflows (OBS, remote capture setups)
- The nature of our games may require flexibility in working hours, including evenings and weekends.
- This role may require travel, including domestic and international events, up to 25% of the time, based on production needs.
