Minimum vereisten:- Je hebt minimaal een HBO opleiding in een toepasselijke technische richting (bijvoorbeeld bouwkunde of werktuigbouwkunde) voltooid. Diploma vereist.
- Minimaal 5 jaar werkervaring als toezichthouder of in de uitvoering bij een aannemer of installateur. Referentie vereist.
- Ervaring in C.V. met verduurzaming van (bestaande) utiliteitsbouw, bijvoorbeeld de realisatie van gasloos of CO2-neutraal doelstellingen binnen projecten.
- Ervaring in C.V. in toetsen op de bouwplaats (als toezichthouder) of leidinggeven (als uitvoerder), van werken in renovatie / verduurzaming van (installaties in) utiliteitsbouw.
- Ervaring met restauratie van monumenten.
