Unit Specifics:

Common patient diagnosis: Stroke, Sepsis, Trauma, MI, Cardiac Arrest, Resp Failure

Specialty Equipment: Rapid Infusor, Arctic Sun

Patients: Newborn, Pediatrics, Adults, Geriatric

Number of Beds in the Unit: 64 beds , 2 Triage, 40 acute, 6 super track, 2 Trauma, 10 CDU, 6 psych

Required Drips & Medications: Pressors
- Levophed, Neo, Epi, Vasopressin, Dobutamine & Dopamine, Vasodilators
- Cleviprex, Cardene, NTG , Anti-arrhythmic-Cardizem, Amiodarone, Lido, Sedation
- Precedex, Propofol, Fentanyl, TNK, Heparin and Insulin

Submission Requirements:
Must live 75 Miles away from facility - TRAVEL Must complete compliance within 5 business days Up to date resume that includes 2+ years of experience in ED with some PEDS experience. Also, documenting travel experience. TRAVEL EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED 2 recent ED Charge/Manager RN References Skills Checklist matching specialty Drivers licenses with address that matches demographics Current AHA ACLS , BLS, PALS, NIHSS TNCC IS REQUIRED!!

NURSYS Report Licenses verification with ACTIVE NY License RTO MUST be included at time of submission EMR Exp
