Requirements
- Active NY RN License and all active RN licenses
- Minimum 2 years of experience in ICU, SICU, CTICU, Trauma ICU, MS ICU, or Neuro ICU

- Experience with CRRT and Prismaflex
- Current AHA ACLS, BLS, NIHSS certifications
- Skills Checklist matching specialty
- Driver's license with matching address

Roles & Responsibilities
- Monitor patient condition and administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of patient care activities.
- Educate patients and families on health management and recovery.
- Respond to emergency situations with appropriate interventions.
- Utilize specialized equipment as necessary for patient care.

Compliance / Notes
- RTO (Request Time Off) must be included at the time of submission.
- Orientation and floating to all units except Behavioral and ER (unless holding) may be required.
