• Assignment Length: 13 weeks (4/13/2026 – 7/11/2026)
• Setting: Emergency Department (ED) – 64 beds including acute, trauma, CDU, and psych beds
• Shift: 12-hour nights (6:30pm – 7:00am)
• Guaranteed Hours: 48 hours per week
• Employment Type: Travel RN / Travel Nurse role

• Estimated Weekly Salary: $2100–$2210 per week (based on 48 guaranteed hours)

• Minimum 2 years of recent Emergency Department RN experience, including pediatric care
• Previous travel nursing experience required (travel RN or Travel Nurse)
• Active New York RN license (NURSYS verification required)
• Current certifications: AHA ACLS, BLS, PALS, NIHSS, and TNCC (TNCC must be in hand)
• Experience with EPIC EMR (EPIC documentation and charting)
• Charge nurse capability highly preferred
• Skills checklist matching ED specialty
• Valid driver’s license with matching address
• Ability to float to other units as needed

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients of all ages (newborn, pediatric, adult, geriatric) in a fast-paced Emergency Department
• Assess, triage, and monitor patients with a variety of emergency diagnoses, including stroke, sepsis, trauma, MI, cardiac arrest, and respiratory failure
• Operate and manage specialty ED equipment such as Rapid Infusor and Arctic Sun
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams (physicians, ED techs, respiratory therapists) to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation using EPIC EMR to support continuity of care
• Serve as charge nurse when assigned and assist with patient flow and triage decisions
• Float to other units as required and adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and safety standards
• Comply with unit dress code (navy blue scrubs) as per policy
