LPN / LVN - Long Term Care (LTC)
- Location: Utica, NY, 13502
- Duration: 13 weeks
- Shift: Evening, 8-hour shift | 2:30 PM - 10:30 PM
- Guaranteed Hours: 37.5 hours per week
- Weekly Pay Rate: $1,275 - $1,425;
Depending on experience (negotiable)
We are seeking a dedicated LPN/LVN to provide high-quality care in a Long Term Care (LTC) setting. The ideal candidate will be flexible, able to float between units, and experienced in caring for diverse patient populations including MS, orthopedic, dementia, and memory care patients.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care to residents in a 40-bed LTC facility.
- Float to all units within the facility as needed.
- Administer medications, monitor patient status, and report changes to the healthcare team.
- Document patient care accurately in the EMR system (Point Click Care).
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality care.
- Work every other weekend as scheduled.
- Completion of an accredited LPN/LVN program.
- 1+ years of LPN/LVN experience. (Required)
- License: Active LPN/LVN license in the State of New York.
- Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (required).
- Local Rate applies to candidates residing within 75 miles.
