Job Description

Title:

Registered Nurse - ICU

Schedule:

- Shift: 6:30 PM - 7:00 AM (Night)
- Block Scheduling is never promised or guaranteed.

Assignment Details:
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Guaranteed

Hours:

36 per week

Requirements:
- Active NY RN License & all active RN licenses (NURSYS report required).
- Current AHA ACLS, BLS, NIHSS certifications.

- Experience:

2+ years in ICU, SICU, CTICU, Trauma ICU, MS ICU, or Neuro ICU, with travel experience.
- EMR

Experience:

EPIC.

- Skills:

Experience with CRRT and Prismaflex; heart experience highly preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities :
- Provide high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU.
- Monitor and assess patient status, including vital signs and lab results.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Educate patients and their families on health management plans and procedures.

Compliance / Notes:
- Floating required:
Yes, to all units except Behavioral and ER (unless holding).
- Scrub Color:
Navy.
- RTO must be included at the time of submission.
