Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse IMCU/PCU – New York

Start Date: March 23, 2026
Location: Central New York
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: Night shift, 6:30 PM – 7:00 AM; 12-hour shifts

Highlights:

• 64-bed Intermediate Care Unit with 15 designated Neuro beds
• Diverse case mix including Neuro, Cardiac, Trauma, Respiratory (COPD), DKA, Sepsis, MI, CV stepdown, and post-operative patients
• Specialty equipment experience: temporary pacers, chest tubes, arterial lines, BiPAP, chronic ventilators with RT support
• EPIC EMR system
• Adult patient population (18 years and older)
• Floating to other units as needed; scrub color is navy blue

Requirements:

• Active New York RN License (all RN licenses must be current and verified via NURSYS)
• Minimum 2+ years of IMCU/PCU experience
• Travel nursing experience required
• Current AHA BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
• EPIC EMR experience required
• Valid driver's license
• Completed skills checklist and RTO (Requested Time Off) must be submitted with application
