Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse (IMCU/PCU) – New York

Start Date: March 9, 2026
Location: Utica, New York
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: Day shift, 6:30 AM – 7:00 PM, 12-hour shifts

Highlights:

• 64-bed Intermediate Care Unit with 15 designated neurological beds serving adult patients
• Diverse case mix including neuro, cardiac, trauma, respiratory (COPD), DKA, sepsis, MI, cardiovascular step-down, and post-operative patients
• Work with specialty equipment including temporary pacers, chest tubes, arterial lines, BiPAP, Neptune/Vapo systems, and chronic ventilators
• EPIC EMR system utilized throughout facility
• Float requirements to other units as needed to support patient care operations
• Navy blue scrubs required

Requirements:

• Active New York RN license (verified through NURSYS)
• Minimum 2+ years of documented IMCU/PCU experience
• Travel nursing experience required
• Current AHA BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
• EPIC EMR experience mandatory
• Valid driver's license
• Completed skills checklist for specialty area
