• NURSYS report with active New York RN license and all active RN licenses
• RTO must be included at the time of submission

• EMR experience: Epic

• Unit: MS Stroke Stepdown
• Shift: 6:30 PM – 7:00 AM
(Block scheduling is not promised or guaranteed)
• Floating: Required
• Scrub Color: Navy blue

• Common Diagnoses: Stroke, altered mental status, renal, dialysis, COPD, CHF, isolation, general med-surg, pneumonia, pulmonary conditions
