Production Associate

Our client, a leading organization in manufacturing and warehouse operations, is seeking an Assembler to join their team. As an Assembler, you will be part of the production support team, contributing to efficient assembly processes and quality assurance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Assembler

Location: Utica, NY

Pay Range: $19.99 per hour

What's the Job?

• Assemble small products with precision and care
• Sort, inspect, and check products for quality standards
• Use hand tools to assist in assembly and repair tasks
• Clean, repair, and refurbish crates and boxes for reuse
• Support the overall production process to meet daily targets

What's Needed?

• High School diploma or GED required
• Ability to lift weights up to 25 lbs occasionally
• Basic familiarity with hand tools and assembly processes
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Willingness to work in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
