Job Details:

• Work night shifts from 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM

• Assigned to Med Surg Stroke Stepdown unit

• Floating to other units required

• Navy blue scrubs required

• Must have 2+ years of Med Surg Stroke Stepdown experience

• Travel experience required

• Required certifications: AHA BLS, NIHSS

• EPIC EMR experience required

• Active NY nursing license required with NURSYS verification

• Care for adult patients with stroke, altered mental status, renal issues, dialysis patients, COPD, CHF, isolation cases, general med surg conditions, pneumonia, and pulmonary issues

• Work with specialty equipment including IV pumps, N/G tubes, and feeding tubes

• 64-bed unit capacity

• Block scheduling availability but not guaranteed

Adex Job . Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
