Injection Molding Operator
Shift:
- 2nd Shift | Monday-Thursday | 4:00 PM - 2:30 AM
Pay: $16.00/hr + $1.00/hr shift premium

We are seeking a dependable Manufacturing Operator to support injection molding and assembly operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on, temp-to-hire opportunity for someone who takes pride in quality, safety, and consistent production.
Responsibilities:
- Report to your workstation 10 minutes before shift change to review machine performance, quality issues, and standard procedures
- Operate injection molding machines and/or assembly equipment per standard operating procedures
- Review daily quality requirements, operator instructions, quality alerts, and packaging instructions
- Perform visual inspections to identify defects or damage
- Verify scale settings and ensure proper packaging and labeling
- Package parts carefully to prevent contamination or damage
- Count and record good parts and scrap throughout the shift
- Communicate excessive scrap or defects to Quality or the Shift Supervisor
- Maintain press collection bins to inspection standards
- Safely operate grinders as required
- Perform 5S activities per schedule
- Assist other team members as needed to meet production demands
- Follow all MIOSHA safety requirements
- Complete other duties as assigned by supervision or management
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to understand written and verbal instructions
- Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
- Ability to follow detailed procedures and exercise sound judgment
- Strong communication skills
- Understanding of workplace safety practices

- Use hands for handling tools, parts, and controls
- Vision requirements include close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment
