Dimensional Inspection Engineer – Verisurf & FARO Laser Tracking

Join our Quality Department in Shelby Township, MI and help ensure aerospace tooling meets exacting standards.

• Own on‑site FARO Laser Tracker measurement for machines, fixtures, and structural assemblies supporting aerospace programs.
• Build compelling inspection packages: written summaries, 3D images, and clean data tables stakeholders can act on.
• Capture, archive, and communicate inspection results with complete documentation.
• Support team priorities and timelines; flex to other quality tasks as needed.

• Verisurf software experience.
• FARO Laser Tracker experience (required).
• GD&T mastery and blueprint literacy.
• Strong math, clear verbal and written communication.
• Detail focus, organization, and reliable follow‑up.
• Comfort with deadlines and shifting priorities.
• Ability to learn additional software as needed.

• High School Diploma or equivalent; college preferred but not mandatory.
• Microsoft Office Suite proficiency.
• CAM software exposure.

Prior aerospace experience is a plus — we will train the right person.
