Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Employee Benefits Account Manager based in Troy, MI. The Employee Benefits Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, providing customer service and consultation regarding employee benefits, and coordinating with insurers to deliver optimal solutions. The role also involves preparing proposals, implementing benefit plans, conducting client presentations, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards.
Qualifications
- Knowledge in Employee Benefits, including health, dental, vision, and retirement plans
- Strong skills in Customer Service, Account Management, and relationship building
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Experience in Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal Relations
- Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools for reporting and analysis
- Relevant licensure such as Life and Health Insurance License is desirable
