Salary: $100,000 - $140,000 per year

• Oversee all stages of the project life cycle including planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.
• Lead project teams and coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Maintain strict adherence to budgetary guidelines, quality, and safety standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure conformance to design specifications and safety standards.
• Direct and supervise workers, subcontractors, and work activities.
• Prepare and submit budget estimates, progress reports, and cost‑tracking reports.
• Implement and manage effective communication plans throughout the project lifecycle.
• Resolve work problems, disputes, or conflicts to ensure smooth project operation.
• Ensure project compliance with all building and safety codes and other regulations.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a superintendent role focusing on commercial, multifamily, education, or similar projects.
• Proven experience managing projects exceeding $20 M in size.
• Broad understanding of the construction industry, including materials, methods, and related tools.
• Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to lead teams and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to resolve project‐related issues efficiently.
• Proficiency in project management software and relevant computer applications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations in the construction industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field is preferred.
• Certifications such as CCM or PMP are an advantage.
