Badlands Tank Lines, the largest for‑hire crude hauler in the U.S., is hiring skilled CDL‑A drivers to operate crude oil tanker trucks. The company will train the right candidate and offers competitive pay, bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Roosevelt, UT and surrounding areas.

• Daily Pay: $500.00 – $600.00
• Sign‑On Bonus up to $10,000 for 2+ years verifiable crude experience in the Uintah Basin (stipulations apply)
• $3,000 Sign‑On Bonus for 2 years verifiable crude experience or less than 2 years in the Uintah Basin
• $1,500 Sign‑On Bonus for 1–2 years verifiable crude experience
• Additional bonuses:
  Quarterly Safety, 10% pay differentials for night shift and slip seating, Chain‑up pay, Clear inspection bonuses, Wait‑time and break‑down pay, Paid training, Set holiday pay

• Short wait period – benefits begin 1st of the month after 30 days of employment

• Late‑model Kenworth T880 tractor
• State‑of‑the‑art tanker truck

• Minimum 2 years of Class A driving experience
• Liquid tanker or water hauling experience preferred
• Mountain driving experience required
• Winter weather chaining experience required
• Previous crude oil hauling experience preferred
• Hazmat/tanker/doubles endorsements and medical card required
• Acceptance of slip seat driving required
• No DUI or reckless driving in the last 5 years
• Ability to sit and operate a vehicle for long periods
• Ability to lift and carry up to 80 lbs and work outdoors
• Reliable, positive attitude, and team‑player qualities
