- Implement Suncore mission (Building a Better Community) and core values (We Value People, Our Word is Our Bond, Always Give a Full Measure, We Continuously Improve).
- Proficiently understand concrete pump operation to safely place concrete for customers job site.
- Safely drive concrete pump truck into and out of job site considering obstacles and site conditions.
- Clean all components of concrete pump truck and equipment to prevent concrete build‑up.
- Inspect pump equipment before and after each use to identify, report any maintenance defects via site docs.
- Perform routine preventative maintenance tasks on pump truck.
- Assist in corrective maintenance on pump components (Coordinating, possibly performing labor).
- Assist in managing an inventory of pump components such as pump line, reducers, clamps, tremies, etc.
- Participate in daily morning meetings with team members.
- Communicate professionally with dispatch to ensure the most efficient scheduling possible.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of concrete mixes and pumping techniques.
- Knowledge of safety practices.
- Strong mechanical aptitude.
- Excellent hand‑eye coordination and spatial awareness.
- Valid CDL (preferred) with endorsements necessary to run a concrete pump truck.
- Clean driving record.
- Meaningful experience operating a pump truck.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Documentation that proves eligibility to work in the U.S.
- Attention and commitment to safety.
- Ability to work well with others in a team environment.
