• Implement Suncore mission (Building a Better Community) and core values (We Value People, Our Word is Our Bond, Always Give a Full Measure, We Continuously Improve).
• Proficiently understand concrete pump operation to safely place concrete for customers job site.
• Safely drive concrete pump truck into and out of job site considering obstacles and site conditions.
• Clean all components of concrete pump truck and equipment to prevent concrete build‑up.
• Inspect pump equipment before and after each use to identify, report any maintenance defects via site docs.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance tasks on pump truck.
• Assist in corrective maintenance on pump components (Coordinating, possibly performing labor).
• Assist in managing an inventory of pump components such as pump line, reducers, clamps, tremies, etc.
• Participate in daily morning meetings with team members.
• Communicate professionally with dispatch to ensure the most efficient scheduling possible.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of concrete mixes and pumping techniques.
• Knowledge of safety practices.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Excellent hand‑eye coordination and spatial awareness.

• Valid CDL (preferred) with endorsements necessary to run a concrete pump truck.
• Clean driving record.
• Meaningful experience operating a pump truck.

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Documentation that proves eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Attention and commitment to safety.
• Ability to work well with others in a team environment.
