Experienced RV Service Technician

Job Description

As a flat-rate Service Technician, you will diagnose, repair, and inspect large RV units with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate has RV industry experience, 2+ years in a technical field, and holds a state inspection license.

• Work on any RV unit coming into the service department.
• Work through specialty certification and pursue continuing education.
• Produce consistent repairs and maintain minimum customer satisfaction scores.
• Share knowledge and best practices to help build others up.

• Experience in the RV industry and/or mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, or maintenance work.
• State inspector’s license.
• 2+ years of experience working in a technical field a plus.
• Personal tools set.
• Ability to stand, stoop, crawl, bend for long periods.
• Ability to lift 25-50 lbs with an assistive device.
• Work in environments with heat, cold, dust, and loud noises.
• Monday through Friday 2pm to 10pm.
• Neat, clean, and professional appearance.
• Positive attitude and enthusiasm for learning.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Pass a background check and drug test.
• Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the Company’s Vision, Mission, and Values in all interactions with customers and co‑workers.
