Journeyman Electrician-Spectra

1 FT Journeyman Electrician‑Spectra needed in Roosevelt, UT.

Spectra (a wholly owned subsidiary of Strata Networks) is looking for a skilled Journeyman Electrician. In this role, you'll be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting a wide range of electrical systems that support critical operations. You'll also play an important role in promoting safety, mentoring apprentices, and keeping our electrical infrastructure running reliably.

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot a wide variety of electrical systems
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams
• Ensure all work complies with NEC codes and industry standards
• Train and mentor apprentice electricians
• Promote and maintain strong safety practices on every job Operate tools, company vehicles, and large motorized vehicles as required
• Provide on‑call support as part of a rotating schedule
• Complete and submit accurate documentation of work performed
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Active Electrical Journeyman License
• Strong knowledge of electrical codes and regulations
• Ability to read and understand schematics and technical manuals
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license

• Schedule:
  
  Monday–Thursday, 7:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
• Participation in 24/7 on‑call rotation
• Work performed with clients and in hazardous locations
• Required use of appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
• Outdoor work in varying weather conditions, including extreme heat and cold
