Summary
As a Facilities Technician, you will collaborate with the Facilities Supervisor to ensure our glamping site is in excellent condition, safe, and fully operational for both guests and team members. Your contributions will be vital to our success as you conduct daily maintenance, repairs, and upkeep of our tents, amenities, equipment, and property. Depending on the camp's specifics, your tasks may range from basic maintenance to more advanced duties in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
This is a seasonal, hourly position that offers team member housing during employment.

- Maintain tents, plumbing systems, propane water heaters, stove pipes, decks, trailers, vehicles, generators, solar power equipment, and more.
- Perform daily maintenance and repair tasks at a camp location housing up to 80 high-quality outdoor tents, along with communal facilities that include showers and toilets, laundry facilities, restaurants, fire pits, and common areas.
- Collaborate with facilities team members and support tasks across multiple departments as needed.
- Complete additional assigned duties.
- Work efficiently to meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- At least one year of experience in corrective, preventative, or general maintenance and repair work, ideally in customer-focused outdoor environments, hotels, or hospitality.
- Outdoor enthusiast with the ability to work long, flexible hours in varying weather conditions.
- Strong team player with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of Electrical Systems.
- Experience with Hand and Power Tools.
- Familiarity with HVAC systems.
- Understanding of Plumbing systems.
- Awareness of Safety Standards.
- This role requires wearing personal protective equipment when necessary.
- You must be able to lift a minimum of 45 lbs independently.
- Expect physical demands including extensive walking, standing, bending, twisting, lifting, and working in outdoor environments with uneven surfaces.
- Ability to endure extreme weather conditions such as heat, cold, rain, snow, humidity, and wind.
- Employment is contingent upon satisfactory completion of a background check and/or motor vehicle records check, if requested.
