Horizontal Directional Drill Foreman

Overview

Are you a proven, results-driven Horizontal Directional Drill (HDD) Foreman ready to lead high-stakes utility projects across the nation? Do you thrive in a leadership role where safety, precision, and efficiency are paramount? B.H. Inc. is seeking a seasoned HDD Foreman. This position requires heavy extended travel to various project sites, and candidates must be based out of the Wasatch Front.

BHI will not cover relocation costs for this position.

Compensation: $41.00 - $60.00 per hour
, earned and paid weekly, plus project-specific Per Diem for travel.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday averaging 50-60 hours per week during peak operations.

• Lead drilling operations on HDD projects with safety, quality, and efficiency as priorities.
• Provide coaching and direction to field crews; ensure work is executed to plan and specs.
• Coordinate with project teams to maintain schedules and budgets; manage risk and change orders.

• Minimum of 7 years of experience as an HDD Foreman required.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• Must be prepared to travel extensively for extended periods.
• Ability to perform physical labor outdoors in all weather conditions, including standing, walking, climbing, and lifting.
• Self-driven, organized, safety-conscious, thorough, and possessing a strong work ethic.
