Full-Time General Maintenance/Construction – 250-Day Contract Position with Benefits.
District Expectations- Perform a variety of rough and finish carpentry work.
- Install various items (e.g., cabinets, white boards, window glass, doors and door hardware, etc.).
- Repair various building components (e.g., roofs, furniture, bleachers, concrete, etc.).
- Maintain tools and machinery in safe, efficient operating condition.
- Prepare and paint various surfaces.
- Snow removal.
- Perform other maintenance duties such as sprinkler installation, glazing, fencing and mowing.
- Other duties as assigned by the maintenance supervisor.
- High School Diploma.
- Have common knowledge of all aspects of maintaining and repairing facilities.
- 3-5 years related experience.
- Ability to use all power tools, hand tools, backhoe, forklift, and snow removal equipment.
