Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a utility location;
Control access at entry points by verifying identification and authorization, issuing visitor credentials, maintaining entry and exit logs, and directing visitors and contractors to approved destinations;
Monitor access control systems, cameras, and alarms; document unusual activity and/or policy exceptions and report them per site protocol;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with site personnel and/or public responders as needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, operational areas, and the perimeter to deter unauthorized access and identify hazards, equipment issues, and/or policy violations
