NOC Supervisor Security Clearance

Position: NOC Supervisor with Security Clearance
Location: Hill Air Force Base

Our client is looking for a NOC Supervisor that will oversee the Transport and IP NOC which is responsible for supporting global network operations and supporting the military with the troubleshooting, configuring, maintaining, and monitoring of networks. The successful candidate will bring 3-4 years of supervisor/management experience to the table with key experience leading others towards deliverables and key metrics.

This person will also have a strong technical aptitude and mindset and have experience to be able to conduct network troubleshooting related to routers, switches, firewalls, protocols, etc...The optimal candidate will have experience working with both other internal employees, and customers ensuring KPI's are met. This position supports a NOC that supports 24/7 operations and this is a fully onsite positions.

Candidates should be open to working days, swings, nights.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct network and telecommunications system incident investigation.
• Identify and document network errors and solutions.
• Analyze network and telecommunications alarms and identify potential issues.
• Configure, test, install, troubleshoot, and maintain network devices such as firewalls, cryptographic devices, and routers to optimize performance

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3-4 years of supervisor/management experience leading teams and driving metrics for delivery
• Must possess an active CompTIA Security+ Certification
• Able to work in a shift work environment (Days, Swings, Mids)
• Experience with one or more of the following: alarm surveillance, fault management, LAN maintenance, performance management
