Agricultural Seed Sales Representative

We’re looking for a driven Agricultural Seed Sales Representative to grow and support our customer base. This role focuses on building strong relationships with dealers, ag retailers, farmers, ranches and growers while offering expert guidance on seed selection to improve yield, performance, and profitability. The ideal candidate is proactive, knowledgeable, and comfortable working independently in a fast-moving agricultural environment.

• Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with dealers and agricultural retailers.
• Evaluate customer operations and recommend the best seed varieties based on soil conditions, regional climate, and production goals.
• Conduct sales calls, prepare pricing quotes, and coordinate timely delivery of seed orders.
• Plan and participate in field days, product demonstrations, trade shows, and grower meetings.
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and advancements in seed genetics.
• Meet or exceed annual sales and growth targets.
• Travel as needed to support dealers, attend industry events, and develop new business opportunities.

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy, Agriculture, Ag Business, or related field— equivalent experience considered.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Preference given to applicants with - Spanish speaking - Word Processing, Spreadsheets
