About the Role:We’re seeking a highly energetic and enthusiastic Sales Manager to join our TEAM. If you enjoy building relationships with clients, guests, local partners and have a knack for prospecting, consider this opportunity!
As Sales Manager, you will partner with our exceptional operations team to achieve and exceed our property's sales goals.
Our ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the market and a proven track record of growing revenue, profit, and market share.

- Client Engagement
:
Actively promote and represent the hotel's services and facilities to potential clients and customers, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their needs. Keen understanding of the Moab market. - Revenue Generation
:
Through active prospecting and customer retention efforts, develop and implement strategic plans to achieve and exceed individual revenue targets within designated market segments. - Relationship Building
:
Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, fostering loyalty and repeat business. Nurture local partnerships.
- Experience
: A minimum of 2 years as a Sales Manager in Moab, or a similar market. Brand experience a plus. - Education
: A four-year college degree from an accredited institution is desired. - Technical Skills
:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Hospitality CRM system (STS, Delphi, etc.) - Communication
:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and concisely. - Organizational Skills
:
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, including timely follow-up on tentative business and development of new opportunities. - Team Collaboration
:
Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a competitive environment and manage interpersonal conflicts professionally. - Brand Ambassador
:
Maintains high visibility with peers and has strong product knowledge within competitive properties and the hotel community
