What you'll be doing:- Become a product expert and the face of Connecteam to new and existing customers.
- Own the full sales cycle, manage your own account pipeline, and contribute to the team's pipeline.
- Serve as the company’s eyes on the market; no one knows our clients better than the Sales team.
- Provide top‑notch customer service and gather feedback to help improve the product.
- Collaborate across departments to share information and influence product development.
- Operate independently, taking ownership of initiatives and results.
- At least 1.5 years of AE sales experience in SaaS companies. (We also consider candidates with 1.5 years of SDR or BDR experience in SaaS.)
- Strong record of quota attainment.
- Excellent customer‑relations skills and the ability to engage stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Self‑learner, autodidact, highly independent.
- Strong time‑management skills and ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Experience using CRM and project‑management tools.
- Energetic, positive, and highly motivated – a must.
- Team player with strong communication skills.
- Adaptability to a fast‑paced, high‑growth startup environment.
- Desire to make a real impact and grow with us.
- Must be able to work remotely from Monday through Friday.
- Spanish speaking is a plus.

Salary range: 140 K–160 K OTE
