We are seeking a Retail Coordinator to join our team as a key player in ensuring the smooth operation of our sales and delivery processes.

In this full-time, on-site, (In Person) position, you will be responsible for a range of crucial tasks, including order management, delivery coordination, customer support, and wholesale/retail account management. Your primary objective will be to enhance the overall Retail customer experience by efficiently managing orders and ensuring they reach the right recipients.

1.
Order Management and Customer Support

• Efficiently process incoming orders from retail customers, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for all.
• Provide prompt and attentive customer support via phone and online chat by addressing inquiries and concerns, and maintaining a high level of satisfaction across both retail and wholesale customers as their first point of contact.
• Must be adept at managing multiple ongoing online chat conversations simultaneously.

2.
Delivery Coordination

• Oversee the coordination of deliveries, ensuring accurate and on-time shipments for retail and the occasional wholesale customer.
• Collaborate with the wholesale sales team to optimize delivery schedules and meet the unique expectations of each customer group.

3.
Retail and Wholesale Account Management

• Focus on managing both retail and wholesale online account communication, tailoring services to meet the distinct needs of each group.
• Foster strong relationships with customers from both segments to enhance their overall experience.

4.
Training and Process Improvement

• Conduct training sessions to educate any future team members on efficient order processing for both retail and wholesale customers, emphasizing exceptional customer service.
• Continuously evaluate and refine order workflows for both segments to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance processes catering to both retail and wholesale customers.

• This role is technologically heavy - anyone seeking this job must be very comfortable in computers, internet technologies, google work environments, and Microsoft Office tools, and be capable of teaching the retail public how to use said tools.
• Prior experience in an inside sales or customer service role, spanning both the retail and wholesale sectors, is preferred.
• Exceptional organizational skills with a strong attention to detail, crucial for serving both customer groups effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage effectively with both retail and wholesale customers and team members.
• Demonstrated multitasking capabilities and a knack for prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment that serves both retail and wholesale customers.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make independent decisions as needed, considering the unique requirements of both segments.
• Knowledge of practices in both retail and wholesale industries is advantageous.

• Bilingual Spanish/English is a massive plus, and individuals with decent/working fluency in both languages will be considered for this position first.
