MAC Roosevelt Field Key Holder –

We are looking for a dynamic and inspirational Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the store. You will use your outstanding coaching and mentoring skills to lead by example, modelling the behaviours that the sales team need to demonstrate in order to provide inspirational, authentic and personalised customer service to achieve sales and customer service targets.

• Provide coaching and mentoring to sales staff, driving achievement of sales and customer service targets.
• Carry out start and end of day cash reconciliation.
• Handle opening and closing of the store on a rota basis.
• Support the overall store environment and operations.
• Assist with merchandising and visual displays as needed.

• Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalised customer service.
• Previous retail operations experience including cash reconciliation and store opening/closing (desirable).
• Previous supervisory experience, including coaching/mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets (desirable).
• Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience with retail point‑of‑sale software.
