Online Order Filling associates have one focus: to fill and dispense online orders. They locate, prepare, and package merchandise, ensuring the accuracy of orders prior to pick up. They make appropriate product substitutions and consult with the customer as needed to ensure satisfaction.

Hourly wage ranges from $16 to $29 per hour, guaranteed to meet or exceed the applicable minimum wage. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed, and multiple premiums may apply if applicable.
