A luxury resort in Southern Utah is seeking a Task Force Sous Chef for a temporary assignment to support kitchen operations. In this role, you will assist with daily operations, maintain food quality, and guide kitchen staff. The ideal candidate has over 4 years of culinary experience and strong leadership skills. Flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, are required. This is an on-site position with provided travel, housing, and meals during the assignment.
