About this role:

As a CRNA,you will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient  this role you willcover full range of anesthesia matters, including respiratory therapy and airway management for newborn births

• This position includes up to $7,500
  in relocation assistance
• You will practice at Delta Community Hospital in Delta, Utahand have access to state-of-the-art anesthesia equipment

• You will enjoy a steady work/life balance working 26 weeks out of the year as a full-time CRNA in a Level IV rural trauma hospital with the

Whatyoullbring:

• Master of Science and graduate of an accredited Nurse Anesthetist program.
• Certification as a Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) by the National Board of Certification & Re-certification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA).
• Active, unobstructed Utah Registered Nurse (RN) and Nurse Anesthetist license, or the ability to obtain one

• An active DEA, ACLS, NPR and PALS certifications, or the ability to obtain one

• Prior experience as a CRNA, strongly preferred
• Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Healths credentialing process
