Marketplace Account Manager

Job Description

We are seeking motivated, hard‑working individuals to join our team! In this role, you’ll work with Amazon Seller Central, Walmart, and other online marketplaces. You’ll help manage Amazon accounts, launch new products, analyze ad performance, and track product sales. The job involves a variety of tasks, including data analysis, market research, and SEO. • Manage Amazon and other marketplaces accounts
• Create and maintain product detail pages
• Update content to improve search discoverability and conversion
• Track and analyze sales data, providing actionable insights
• Monitor and optimize digital ad campaigns across various platforms
• Analyze sales and marketing metrics
• Forecast market trends using data‑driven analysis
• Research market to identify new product opportunities
• Leverage customer feedback to enhance product listings and improve customer satisfaction
• Develop and execute strategies to enhance the company’s presence across all online marketplaces
• Optimize pricing strategies to maximize profitability and competitiveness
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth product launches and inventory management
• Run, analyze, maintain, and optimize advertising campaigns

• Proven work experience in e‑commerce marketing or data analysis
• Experience with SEO and digital marketing strategies
• Ability to multitask and manage several marketplaces simultaneously
• Highly detail‑oriented, self‑motivated, and proactive
• Proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel
• Familiarity with the Amazon Seller Central Platform or other marketplaces
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Strong analytical skills
• Experience with e‑commerce tools like Helium 10 or Jungle Scout

• Associate (Preferred)
