Production Site Lead

Are you an experienced Production Site Lead with a desire to excel? If so, then Talent Software Services may have the job for you! Our client is seeking an experienced Production Site Lead to work at their company in Bear River City, UT.

Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

• A Production Leader is in charge of the entire production process for a particular or set of products. They plan, organize and recommend strategies in ensuring that the product is developed successfully, in accordance with all specifications. They supervise teams that work in operations and product development.
• Recommending operational changes
• Assessing risks
• Ensuring safety guidelines are followed
• Resolving production problems
• Conducting performance evaluations
• Giving and receiving employee feedback
• Training employees
• Facilitating team participation

Qualifications:

• Experience with the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of paper making specific technology
• Ability to develop, organize, and give hands on training to core team members
• Understanding of IWS systems to deliver in process and output metric
• Degree or equivalent work experience in a related discipline (Business Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, ect.)

Preferred:

• Base understanding of electrical systems and components relating to paper making
• Knowledge of industry safety protocols
• Understanding of industry best practices to innovate on current procedures and systems
