• Read blueprints, engineering drawings, specifications, and interpret GD&T.
• Use micrometers, calipers, indicators and all common machining tools.
• Able to use basic math, geometry and trigonometry.
• Set up and operate machines by installing pallets, vises, tombstones, and fixtures.
• Maintains specifications by taking measurements; detecting malfunctions; troubleshooting processes; adjusting and reprogramming; replacing worn tools; adhering to quality assurance procedures and processes.
• Operate an overhead crane and drive a forklift.
• Write and Edit G code and M code programs as required.
• Operate 3 axis vertical CNC Mills.
• Operate CNC Mills Lathes and Turning Centers.
• Maintain safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations.
• Maintain equipment using preventative maintenance.
• Maintain an organized and clean work environment.
• Experience in rubber mold building preferred but not required.

• Required to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Moderate walking, standing, lifting, carrying, bending, kneeling, and reaching. Work around moving objects, and with machinery with moving parts.

• 2+ Years Technical schooling preferred.
• 5+ years on the job experience preferred.
• High School graduate will be considered.
• Able to work well with others.

• 2nd shift: 40 Hours. Overtime as required.
