Job Description Summary

Porter / Yard Worker

• Station and retrieve equipment on the location’s property.
• Maintain a written maintenance schedule and service equipment as needed to meet specifications.
• Inspect equipment before and after rental to document any loss or damage.
• Work in a challenging, fast‑paced environment where no day is the same.
• Advance into mechanic, driver, or customer‑service roles.
• Work with an incredible team of people in a safety‑focused culture.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience with common construction and industrial tools preferred.
• Some experience and/or training in repair of mechanical equipment preferred.

• Effective communication with customers (written and oral).
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
• Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.).
• General mechanical aptitude.
• A safety focus.
• Bilingual (Spanish or other) may be required based on location needs.

Bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, and lifting 50 pounds or more; daily work indoors or outdoors as required. Reasonable accommodations may be made.

Base Pay Range: $17.75 - $23.72
