As our Maintenance Tech, you'll take charge of maintaining the property through preventive and corrective maintenance tasks. Your focus will be on completing daily work orders quickly and efficiently to ensure guest satisfaction. We are looking for an individual to work our "swing shift" which is 2:30pm-11pm.

• Monitor and maintain pool chemistry and temperature within health department standards
• Ensure the safety and security of our building and grounds
• Help maintain the neat and attractive appearance of the property and landscaping
• Assist with budgeting and managing maintenance supplies and costs
