- Lead end‑to‑end delivery of technical programs/projects, ensuring timelines, scope, and quality are met. Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to align requirements and execution plans.
- Identify, track, and mitigate risks, dependencies, and delivery blockers.
- Drive program planning, milestones, and status reporting to stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum processes and continuous improvement.
- Strong experience in managing technical programs or projects end‑to‑end.
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum practices.
- Ability to manage risks, dependencies, and cross‑team coordination.
- Strong stakeholder communication and reporting skills.
- Experience working closely with engineering and product teams.
- Proficiency with project tracking tools (Jira, Confluence, MS Project, etc.).
- Experience managing large‑scale or complex technical programs.
- Prior exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and distributed systems.
- Knowledge of product management concepts and customer‑centric delivery.
- Experience working in global or cross‑geography teams.
- Familiarity with Agile at scale, SAFe, or program governance frameworks.
- Strong ability to handle executive‑level communication and escalations.

5-8 Years
The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $148,500.
BenefitsFinal compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
