System Administrator​/IT Systems Technician

-on-site who enjoys problem‑solving, working with people, and growing their technical skillset in a fast‑moving, supportive environment.

$18.00 To $22.00 Hourly

You’ll support end users across multiple networks and technologies, making sure their tools work smoothly and efficiently.

• Install, configure, and upgrade hardware and software
• Manage workstations, peripheral devices, IP phones, and headsets
• Maintain network switches and wireless access points
• Support audiovisual and printing equipment
• Perform basic Ethernet cabling
• Troubleshoot system issues and outages
• Provide user orientation and ongoing technical guidance
• Perform file backups and restores
• Maintain accurate support tickets and documentation
• Jump in on other IT projects as needed

• Proven experience as an IT Technician or in a similar role
• Strong diagnostic and problem‑solving skills
• Clear, friendly communication with both technical and non‑technical users
• Excellent organization and time‑management abilities
• Solid understanding of computer systems, networks, and security basics
• Certifications are a plus (CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional, UBTECH IT Certificate, etc.)

• Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
• Occasional nights, weekends, holidays, and on‑call rotation
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to work with both internal and external clients
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
