Fieldpiece is hiring a bold, strategic Vice President of Market Development to shape and scale our global digital growth. This is a high‑impact leadership role for a visionary who thrives at the intersection of strategy, technology, and commercialization. You’ll define how we go to market, articulate why customers should care, and build the sales engine that unlocks new markets, regions, and customer segments worldwide.

What

You’ll Do
  • Define and lead global go‑to‑market strategy for digital solutions, driving expansion across international markets and customer segments.
  • Translate customer needs into compelling value propositions, clearly articulating differentiated outcomes for HVAC/R professionals and partners.
  • Build and scale a technical sales capability—setting the vision, hiring roadmap, and development strategy for a global sales team.
  • Grow the digital brand into new geographies and adjacencies, accelerating adoption and increasing global market share.
  • Partner closely with commercial leaders in the U.S. and Europe to identify emerging technologies and new growth opportunities.
  • Orchestrate cross‑functional collaboration across product, marketing, sales, and operations to ensure successful market entry and revenue growth.
  • Stay ahead of the market by monitoring industry trends, competitive dynamics, and evolving customer needs.
  • Cultivate strategic relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders to accelerate market penetration and long‑term growth.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience leading market development, GTM strategy, and software or digital sales in global environments.
  • A proven ability to build, inspire, and scale teams, especially in growth‑stage or transformational settings.
  • Strong strategic and analytical mindset with a bias toward execution and results.
  • Deep understanding of digital markets, customer segmentation, and technology‑driven business models.
  • Exceptional communication and executive presence, with the ability to influence across regions and functions.
  • HVAC/R industry experience is a plus—but not required.
