Location:

Santa Clara (CA, US) – Hybrid opportunity.

Looking for a seasoned Business Analyst with 5 to 8 years experience who is familiar with SDLC process, has experience with CLM tools (e.g., Apttus, Ironclad, Icertis) and can manage to run projects independently (write BRDs, test cases, test and implement) with guidance.

Job Responsibilities:

• Liaison & Translation:
  Acting as the primary bridge between the legal department and the IT department or technology vendors.
• Requirements Gathering:
  Eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business requirements for new legal technology or updates to existing systems.
• Process Improvement:
  Experience with CLM and exposure to Salesforce will be a big plus.
• Project Management:
  Managing or supporting the full lifecycle of legal IT projects, including testing (UAT), training, and implementation.
• Data Analysis:
  Creating reports and dashboards (Tableau experience) will be a plus.
• System Support:
  Serving as a subject matter expert for key legal applications, such as Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM).

Experience:

>10 years.

Expected compensation: $100,000 to $230,000, plus standard benefits (medical, dental, disability insurance, paid time off, etc.).
