This is a full‑time, temporary role covering maternity leave, fully remote with traditional business EST hours (prefer candidates no farther than CST). You will support planning, execution, and monitoring of device‑related operations and manage day‑to‑day non‑test publication activities.
PayBase pay range: $35.00/hr – $38.00/hr (range provided by TALENT Software Services; actual pay based on skills and experience).
ProfileWe need a strong administrative, service‑oriented analyst who can liaise between vendors and teams within a fast‑paced, time‑based deliverable scenario. Must have advanced Excel (pivots/lookups) skills and ideally have experience with Smartsheets, as many projects are tracked in this tool.
About The TeamThe Assessment Delivery Operations function (80 people) manages digital operations from onboarding and preparing test centers and students through active management of test administration, publications management, and a supply chain and logistics function to support other critical assessment delivery needs.
About The OpportunityAs an analyst, you will support the planning, execution, and monitoring of device‑related operations that enable successful assessment delivery. Additionally you will manage day‑to‑day non‑testing publications and support functions for the Logistics team. This role requires an operational generalist with strong analytical, project management, and technical skills.

- Device and non‑test publication fulfillment operations
- Manage device lending order communications.
- Oversee non‑test publication (NTP) order processing and coordinate follow‑up steps to ensure fulfillment accuracy.
- Track inbound international devices and maintain accurate reconciliation records for device tracking.
- Monitor and support the ASN (Advanced Shipment Notice) process, resolving discrepancies as needed.
- Troubleshoot AP Professional Development workshop order issues, partnering with vendors and internal teams to resolve quickly.
- Internal order & inventory management
- Manage NTP catalog updates, including new item creation, activation/deactivation, and maintenance tasks.
- Triage, place, and track all internal NTP orders, ensuring timely fulfillment and proactive issue resolution.
- Vendor & reporting workflow
- Download and process daily vendor reports (CRA and AP), ensuring access for all team members.
- Perform weekly AP SFTP file purging to maintain clean, organized data environments.
- Communication & workflow management
- Oversee fulfillment mailbox management, ensuring timely responses and proper routing of inquiries.
- Support cross‑functional teams by providing clear, timely operational updates and troubleshooting support.
- Advanced Excel skills (pivots, lookups).
- Experience with Smartsheets (preferred).
- Strong analytical and project‑management skills.
