The Housekeeping Manager supervises the housekeeping and laundry operations to ensure product quality standards are met and that optimum service is provided to our guests according to property objectives. In addition to inspecting rooms and training room attendants this position will perform cleaning duties in all areas of the hotel. Will need to have administrative experience including ordering, inventory and scheduling.
The Housekeeping Manager is responsible for delivering clean rooms for occupancy that meet the brand’s time, product and placement standards.
- 2+ years prior supervisory experience in a hotel environment
- Brand experience is preferred
- Flexible work schedule including weekends and holidays as needed
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a diverse TEAM
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with staff, guests, and other departments
- Fluency in English: additional languages preferred. Spanish language skills are highly desired.
