Location: Ivins
A luxury resort in Southern Utah is seeking a Guest Journey Manager to enhance guest satisfaction through proactive engagement and effective service performance management. This hands-on role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to collaborate with various departments to address service gaps. Ideal candidates will have 4–6 years of experience in luxury guest services, a deep understanding of guest satisfaction metrics, and exceptional communication abilities.
This is a full-time role with a salary range of $75,000 to $90,000 annually.
