As a full‑time receptionist, you can expect to work a variety of shifts. Our schedule offers flexibility, with shifts available from 7 am – 3 pm, 1 pm – 9 pm, and 3 pm – 11 pm.

As a Hotel Clerk – Front Desk Attendant, you are the friendly and knowledgeable face that welcomes guests as they arrive. You check guests in and out, ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed accurately and efficiently. You are also responsible for answering phone calls, responding to emails, and providing information about our hotel amenities, local attractions, and services. Beyond guest interactions, you handle administrative duties such as managing reservations, processing payments, and maintaining guest records.

You will use various software and systems to manage guest accounts and ensure accuracy in billing and room assignments.
